General algorithm for finding quotient rings.

Let $R$ be a ring and $(f_1,...,f_n)$ be the ideal generated by the elements $f_1,...,f_n\in R[x]$. Is there a general algorithm for finding $R[x]/(f_1,...,f_n)$ up to isomorphism?--AnalysisAlgebra (talk) 05:27, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
