I'm trying to be fairly liberal in interpreting this, but I can't see how this really helps discourse in any way. Adam Cuerden (talk)Has about 7.5% of all FPs 20:18, 17 September 2020 (UTC)

- Keep I would fully support writing better criteria, but the criteria here cannot support deleting this. Deleting this by saying that it is divisive would open the floodgates to the deletion of literally every userbox. With the other criterion, making a joke that someone dislikes is not propaganda nor an opinion piece, which wikipedia defines as an article, not one sentence. As I said before, I would support drafting something new, but this can't be deleted under the present policy. Zoozaz1 talk 17:28, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
- Eh - It's inflammatory and betrays ignorance and a particular kind of scary blind nationalism, but it's definitely different from the anti-same-sex-marriage userboxes. There is no group excluded/discriminated against here, apart from perhaps critical thinkers. Maybe that's just my reading of this -- that like the others it says something about the user who decides to display it, but unlike the others doesn't really do much to discriminate. Gray area. — Rhododendrites talk \\ 20:02, 21 September 2020 (UTC)
- Keep. There's a difference between "inflammatory or divisive" and "not helping the discourse". As far as I'm aware there is no precedent against haing a userbox about your opinion of politics (viz. 1, 2, 3, 4 entire gallery subpages of them). If it had a guillotine in it or something, you'd have a point, but even the worst-faith interpretation of this is pretty benign to me. {} 01:58, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
- I guess you're right. I don't think it helps the project or its own position, but there are worse things. Adam Cuerden (talk)Has about 7.5% of all FPs 02:44, 23 September 2020 (UTC)
- Delete This blatantly violates policy. If such hate is desired to remain here, let it be taken to Conservapedia. - TheLionHasSeen (talk) 16:38, 25 September 2020 (UTC)
