Interactive Dance Installation

Interactive Dance Installation is a current art form that combines mulitple art and media components. State of the art technologies in sound, film, computer programming, laser and lighting are incorporated into contemporary dance, in a traditional theatre setting or in unexpected places, indoor or outdoor. While the art form is quite new and not well known, it will impact on audiences of the future. As there are only a handful of artists working in this area, Wikipedia could act to inform artists and audiences of the current trends. Lewisham Labour Club was established in the early 1980's by East Lewisham amd Deptford Labour parties.For almost twenty years it was the political and social centre for the left in Lewisham. XEW

XEW is the backyard wrestling online show that takes place in New Jersey. XEW only has 4 superstars at the moment but may be recruiting more superstars from all over New Jersey. The 4 current supertars are Fred Monteleone "MONT" Joesph Rutkowski "RORO" John Schiano and Rob Johnson "The Straightedge Superstar".

Style - XEW is a hardcore style fighting where all weapons are allowed.

KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES, Chapter 274 (Professional Corporations) KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES, Chapter 271-B (Business Corporations) KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES, Chapter 311 (Physicians, Osteopaths, and Podiatrists)

The practice of medicine in the State of Kentucky is controlled generally by the provisions of KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES, Chapter 271-B (Business Corporations) and specifically by the provisions of the KENTUCKY REVISED STATUTES Chapter 274 (Professional Corporations). Additionally, the practice of medicine is subject to the licensing requirements as well as the rules and regulations of the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. The practice of medicine as a professional service corporation is likewise subject to the Board's rules and regulations.

All Kentucky professional service corporations, including one organized to engage in the practice of medicine, are subject to the following statutory provisions:

Definitions

A "professional service" is any type of personal service to the public which requires as a condition precedent to the rendering of such service the obtaining of a license or other legal authorization.

A "qualified person" is a natural person, general partnership, limited liability company, registered limited liability partnership, or professional service corporation which is eligible under this chapter to own shares issued by a professional service corporation.

When the "regulating board" is referred to, it is that governmental agency which is charged by law with the licensing and regulation of the practice of the profession which the professional service corporation is organized to render.

Formation

One or more persons, each of whom is licensed to render the same professional service, may incorporate and form a professional service corporation by filing articles of incorporation in the office of the Secretary of State.

Corporate Name

The name of a professional service corporation must contain the words "professional service corporation" or the abbreviation "P.S.C."

Restrictions on Share Ownership

A professional service corporation may issue and a shareholder thereof may transfer or pledge shares only to:

1. Natural persons who are authorized by law in this state or in any other state or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia to render a professional service permitted by the articles of incorporation of the corporation;

2. General partnerships, including registered limited liability partnerships, in which all the partners are qualified persons with respect to such professional corporation and in which at least one partner is authorized by law in this Kentucky to render a professional

3. A professional limited liability company authorized by law to render, in Kentucky, a professional service permitted by the articles of organization of the limited liability company; and

4. Professional service authorized by law to render, in Kentucky, a professional service permitted by the articles of incorporation of the corporation.

Any issuance or transfer of shares in violation of the above statutory provisions is void.

Proxies - Voting Trusts

Proxies are not valid unless given to a qualified person.

A voting trust is not valid unless all the trustees and beneficiaries thereof are qualified persons. However, a voting trust may be validly continued for a period of ten months after the death of a deceased beneficiary or for a period of five months after a beneficiary has become a disqualified person.

Qualifications of Officer and Board Members

At least one-half of the directors of a professional service corporation and all the officers (except the secretary and the treasurer) shall be qualified persons with respect to the corporation.

Any board member who is not qualified (as defined by statute) must abstain from voting on measures before the board which deal exclusively with the art of the professional service or services rendered as opposed to measures relating to the general business operation of the corporation.

Restrictions on Rendering Professional Services

A professional service corporation may render professional services only through its officers, employees and agents who are duly licensed or otherwise legally authorized to render those professional services within Kentucky.

This restriction does not include incidental employees such as clerks, secretaries, bookkeepers, technicians and other assistants who are not usually and ordinarily considered by custom and practice to be rendering professional services to the public for which a license or other legal authorization is required.

Professional Relationships

A professional corporation has the same fiduciary, confidential, and ethical relationship as between a person rendering professional services and a person receiving such services.

Liability

A professional corporation is jointly and severally liable, with the tort feasor, to the full value of its assets for any negligent or wrongful acts or actionable misconduct committed by any of its officers, shareholders, agents or employees while they are engaged on behalf of the corporation in the rendering of professional service.

No shareholder, director, officer or employee of a professional service corporation is personally liable for the negligence, wrongful acts, or actionable misconduct of any other shareholder, director, officer, agent or employee and no shareholder, director, officer or employee is personally liable for the contractual obligations of the corporation.

Redemption of Shares

The articles of incorporation may provide for the purchase or redemption of all of the shares of any shareholder not more than a year after the death or disqualification to practice the profession of such shareholder, or for the purchase or redemption within that time of all of the shares of any shareholder desiring to sell them. If there are no such provisions in the articles of incorporation, then same may be provided for in the by-laws or by private agreement. If there is no article, bylaw or agreement, and the stock is not redeemed by the corporation within one year, then, within ten days following the end of that year, the president and/or secretary of the corporation shall give notice thereof to the Secretary of State of Kentucky and, upon receipt of such notice by the Secretary of State, the charter of the corporation shall be immediately void.

In the absence of provisions in the articles of incorporation, bylaws or by private agreement, a professional corporation must redeem the shares of a withdrawing shareholder within ninety days after the death or disqualification of a shareholder or of the receipt by the corporation of written notice from a shareholder that he desires to sell or transfer all his shares of stock in the corporation. Should a redemption not occur within ninety days, the shares must be immediately cancelled on the books of the corporation and the holder of the shares is reimbursed the same as a general creditor of the corporation.

If the sole shareholder of a professional service corporation dies:

1.The decedent's personal representative must notify the Secretary of State, whereupon the charter of such corporation shall lapse; or

2.The administrator, executor, guardian, conservator, or receiver of the estate of the deceased sole shareholder may amend the articles of incorporation by signing a written consent to the amendment.

3.The amendment to the articles of incorporation may allow the corporation to continue as a professional service corporation or may convert the corporation to a private business corporation provided, however, that the corporation shall not render professional services until such time as all outstanding shares are held by qualified persons and the corporation conforms to the provisions of this chapter.

In the alternative, the administrator, executor, guardian, conservator, or receiver of the estate of the deceased shareholder may transfer all outstanding shares of the corporation to other qualified persons or person.

The professional service corporation must cease to render professional services until such time as any transfer or transfers are completed.

In the absence of an article, bylaw or a sale as provided for within the time required by statute, a professional service corporation, within one hundred eighty (180) days after the death or disqualification of a shareholder or within the same period after receiving written notice from a shareholder that he desires the corporation to redeem all of his stock in the corporation, shall institute an equitable action for a determination of the fair market value of all of the shares of the corporation's outstanding stock cancelled and owned by a shareholder.

If a professional service corporation fails to bring an equitable action as provided by statute, then within ten (10) days after the end of the time period, the president or secretary of the corporation must notify, in writing, the Secretary of State of Kentucky, and upon receipt of that notice by the Secretary of State of Kentucky, the charter of the professional service corporation shall be void.

Business Restrictions

No professional service corporation may engage in any business other than the rendering of the professional service or services for which it was specifically incorporated. However, a professional corporation may invest its funds in real estate, mortgages, stocks, bonds or any other type of investment, and may own real or personal property necessary for the rendering of professional services.

Violations of Kentucky Penal Code

If a professional corporation is convicted of violating KRS 506.010, 506.030, 506.040, 521.020, or 521.050, or if an officer, employee, or agent of the corporation violates any of those sections under circumstances which bring corporate liability under KRS 502.050(1)(b), the court must order that the charter of the professional service corporation be suspended for a period of not more than five (5) years for a first offense, ten (10) years for a second offense, and permanently for a third or subsequent offense. These penalties are in addition to any other penalty specified by law for the commission of the offenses.

He often refers to videos created by a crazy german man who has a cool hat and cuts open bodies. These videos are very educational and discusting, which leeds to students passing out as they attempt to get to the drinking fountain. Started life as a petty "Con Man" by commiting various small time offences to provide people in the community with things they needed cheaply. Over time he deloped relationships with high ranking officials in various italian organisations based in Melbourne, Australia and also Brooklyn, New York.

In April 2005, The Melbourne Herald Sun (View the story) published an article which Naumenko claims to have never authorised. In what the Herald Sun claim to be a a legit interview Naumenko claims he has never spoken to the Herald Sun let alone "ratted" out members of the Russian Mafia.

Naumenko, for some reason has not been behind prison walls. He has succesfully beaten all his cases since a 16 year old. Now 25, Naumenko, also known as BiG TEK is the CEO of XXL Records Australia, A hiphop and rnb label which he funded personally. Many people assume this is a front to other businesses which people think he is running, but from what the public has seen it seems to be a ligit business.

Mr. Naumenko has upcoming court dates for various offences including more deception and assults. He has been arrested around 16 times in his life so far. Recently engaging "high class" gangland lawyer Zarah Garde Wilson, Naumenko seems to be becoming a major player in the music scene, and the mob scene in the U.S. (Even thought he is based in Australia). He is also a known soldier of the Columbo Crime Family working independantly in Melbourne, Australia, alongside long time friends Dominic "Mimi" Scialo and Christopher Liberatore.

The Sydney Cenotaph

The Sydney Cenotaph is located in Martin Place and is one of the oldest WWI war monument in the CBD. On the southern side, faceing the GPO it states "To Our Glorious Dead" and on the Northen side, faceing Challis house it states "Lest We Forget." It is used on a regular basis for cermonies, far more than the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Every Anzac and Armistice Day the dawn service attracts thousands of people to the city.

History

The GPO on the corner of George St. was the place were the most of Sydneysiders enlisted for WWI and thats is why it was seen fit for a Cenotaph to be erected. At the Time Martin Place was considered the Centre of the nation with nearly all NEWS of the war going through the GPO, before the rest of the nation. On the 8th of March, 1926, the Premier of NSW, Jack Lang, indicated that the State Government would provide a sum of ten thousand pounds for the commissioning of Sir Bertram Mackennal to undertake the project of the design and erection of the Cenotaph, to be completed by 25th April, 1929. It was completed in 1927. It is made from 20 tonnes of granite

The Statues

The model for the soldier was Private William Piggot Darby from the 15th Infantry Batallion and 4th Field Ambulance AIF. He died in Brisbane on the 15th November, 1935.

The model for the sailor was Leading Seaman John William Varco. He enlisted 3rd June, 1913, served on HMAS Pioneer (1914 - 1916) in German East Africa and on HMAS Parramatta (1917 - 1919). He was awarded the Distinguished Service Medal; one of 60 Australians; it is the second highest distinguished service decoration in the Australian Honours System,(Nota Bene: The Impirial version, British, not the 1991 Australian metal.) in 1918 and died in October 1948.

Palloseura Kemi Kings

Palloseura Kemi Kings, usually known as PS Kemi (official standings) or Kingit (Local nickname) is Finnish soccer club that plays currently in Kakkonen Lohko C (Third tier-league in Finland).

PS Kemi was established October 21st in 1999 as a main team fusion of Kemin Palloseura (KePS), Visan Pallo and Kemin Pallotoverit-85 (KPT-85). All of three teams continues as junior soccer having younger than B-juniors, while PS Kemi took over A and B juniors.

PS Kemi got it's place in Finnish soccer system from KPT-85, and played its first season in Ykkönen (Second tier-league in Finland), but was relegated after season 2000 to Kakkonen. Between 2000 and 2006 PS Kemi has been close to getting promoted back to Ykkönen, without succeeding yet.

dreDDup

dreDDup is industrial / crossover band located in Novi Sad (Serbia).

Group was formed 1997. in the small city of Novi Sadlocated in province of Vojvodina. The original line-up of the band were Mihajlo and Robert. dreDDup was known to experiment with weird sounds and dark wave / noise music genres. Soon after they changed their sound to industrial. As the post-Vivisect scene in Novi Sad the band found themselves releasing their LP "Abnormal Waltz" for the net-label Amduscias Records in USA (re-released in 2007.). New members joined this duo.

dreDDup began live performances in 2000. but was presented to the wider audience in their 2002. performance for Duplo Dno Garage Party 2 festival. Soon after, they worked on their first demo LP "R U Digital!?" (CD was never released, although it was printed by the band for their fans). Soon after, they composed theater music and some music for the tv shows on the national television RTS. Other

The music of dreDDup is a mixture of dark ambiental sounds with rough industrial rhythm followed by metallic vocals. They changed their sound a lot since 1997. but were always known as "the only live industrialband" in Serbia. Band than changed it's line-up leaving Mihajlo the only original member. Soon after their first official LP took place - "Mr Borndeads Feast" released for MoocSound a Holland music label. This album talked about the past and the presence of past in peoples minds. The lyrics on the album were much mature than on previous releases and dreDDup found a completely new generation of fans. Band than did gigs all over the country, playing in more than 200 towns. After "Mr Borndeads Feast" they published "One Way" compilation for the SKC NS organization which deals with concert & theater performances along with video art in national wide range. Many of documentaries and video clips took place and band finally got a strong line-up. The new members pushed the boundaries even further. Working on new LP "Future Porn Machine" they signed for Belgrade record label Insurrection records. The band is currently working on it's new album "El Conquistadors" which will be released in 2009.

The Almost True and Truly Remarkable Adventures of Israel Potter, American Patriot

The Almost True and Truly Remarkable Adventures of Israel Potter, American Patriot, by Joe Bravaco and Larry Rosler, is a play based on Herman Melville's Israel Potter: His Fifty Years in Exile, which, in turn, was based on an obscure autobiography titled Life and Remarkable Adventures of Israel R. Potter. Melville discovered the book in London, describing it as a "tattered copy, rescued by the merest chance from the rag-pickers."

The Almost True and Truly Remarkable Adventures of Israel Potter, American Patriot is an ensemble piece that may be performed with as few as six actors (two women, four men). The writers envisioned that a change of hat, coat, scarf, or apron would indicate the costumes of the various characters. The only actor who does not play other roles is the one playing Israel Potter. As he grows older during the course of the play, his age should be portrayed through the imagination of the actor, rather than makeup.

As for the set, designers will have their own ideas, of course. However, the writers imagine the play performed on a unit set. This would consist of three platforms of varying heights: two platforms at stage left and right (perhaps five to eight feet high, which serve as the playing areas for the scenes on board the ships) and a lower, rectangular platform between them (perhaps two-feet high and possibly raked, which would serve as the main playing area.) This main platform at center might thrust downstage. Extreme downstage left and right could be at stage level. Together, these would provide five acting areas. The higher platforms might be reached with stairs and ladders.

This play will have it's world premiere at County College of Morris on November 14th, 2007.

Emily Sophia Wedgewood Benn

Emily Sophia Wedgewood Benn is the daughter and eldest child of The Hon. Stephen Michael Wedgewood Benn and granddaughter of Tony and Caroline Benn. Her mother is Nita Clarke. Her uncle is prominent labour figure Hilary Benn.

Emily Benn herself is a labour activist, and will be the youngest person ever to stand for the seat of East Worthing and Shoreham in the next general election. Hornsey Football Club

Hornsey Football Club was formed in 1997 by a bunch of layabouts in a pub. Originally affiliated to the Lion Pub, things turned sour due to the quality of the food and beer, so the team stumbled down the road to the St. Mary's Community Centre and became Hornsey St. Mary's. New players joined as the team found friends who could play equally as rubbish and drink as much lager. But, due to lack of funds the centre had to close and Hornsey found itself in the Fiddler's pub on Tottenham Lane. The management of the Fiddlers then moved to the Temple Bar in Holloway Road and the team followed. However, things didn't work out there and the team came skulking back to the Fiddlers which then changed owners to become a Wishing Well pub. A year later, we moved pubs again and we are now based up the road in the Hope & Anchor pub.

Triad High School

Location

Triad High School is a public four-year high school. Its campus was originally located in St. Jacob, Illinois, but its new campus is located in Troy, Illinois. It serves the communities of Troy, St. Jacob, and Marine, as well as very small portions of Highland, Collinsville, Maryville, and Glen Carbon. All of the Triad school district is located in Madison County, Illinois. The district has the total size of 121.5 square miles. Triad High School is 18 miles northeast of St. Louis, Missouri.

History

A contest was held to name the new high school when the district was formed in 1959. Vincent Kauhl submitted the name "Triad" because it serves three communities, and that was the name chosen. The St. Jacob campus served as the original Triad High School from the 1959-60 school year through the 1998-99 school year. Since the 1999-2000 school year, Triad High School has been located in Troy, Illinois. The St. Jacob campus now serves as Triad Middle School. The first year of Triad High School's existence, 222 students attended the school. As of 2007, the school had an enrollment of 1,385 students.

Athletics

In 2006, Triad's cheerleading squad won the Medium Varsity state championship in the state competitions of both the Illinois High School Association and the Illinois Cheerleading Coaches Association (ICCA). They were the first school to win both state championships in one year. The cheerleading squad also won ICCA state championships in 2001 and 2002.

Track and Field

In 2007, junior Erin Wykoff became the first female individual state champion at Triad High School. She won the state discus title with a throw of 147'9". Her twin sister, Kristin, finished 9th.

Girls' Soccer

The girls' soccer team has won ten consecutive conference championships. They have never lost a conference game, and they have only tied twice. Both ties were against Waterloo High School. They have won four regional titles, two sectional titles. They qualified for the class "A" state tournament in 2002 and 2003. In 2003, Triad was the state runners-up. The star player of the state runner-up team was Jessie Bayne. She went on to play soccer for the University of Illinois Fighting Illini.

Football

Triad High School is known to be a "football school." They have won five of the last six conference titles as of the 2006-07 school year. The student section is associated with its "We Love Football" chant.

Tennis

Triad is known to win the MVC nearly every year in boys' and girls' tennis. The girls' tennis team has won seven of the last eight conference championships as of the 2006-07 school year. The boys' tennis team has won the last seven MVC championships as of the 2006-07 school year. As of then, they had won the past 48 MVC matches and tournaments combined.

Advanced Fighting Fantasy

Advanced Fighting Fantasy is a Role-playing game system published by Puffin and based on the Fighting Fantasy gamebook series.

It is published in the form of three books, Dungeoneer, Blacksand! and Allansia

Unlike some systems (for example Dungeons & Dragons) the game only uses common 6-sided Dice and characters progression does not rely on "levelling", i.e. a character gaining a certain amount of experience and then suddenly gaining further ability. Instead, characters progress by earning experience points which enables them to spend time training between games.
