Other names in common use include UDPglucosyltransferase, phenol-beta-D-glucosyltransferase, UDP glucosyltransferase, UDP-glucose glucosyltransferase, and uridine diphosphoglucosyltransferase. This enzyme participates in starch and sucrose metabolism.
