(1) (S)-limonene + NAD(P)H + H+ + O2 ⇌ 1,2-epoxymenth-8-ene + NAD(P)+ + H2O
(2) (R)-limonene + NAD(P)H + H+ + O2 ⇌ 1,2-epoxymenth-8-ene + NAD(P)+ + H2O

Limonene 1,2-monooxygenase flavoprotein (FAD).
