- (2E,6E)-farnesyl diphosphate + 3 isopentenyl diphosphate 3 diphosphate + all-trans-hexaprenyl diphosphate
The enzyme prefers farnesyl diphosphate to geranylgeranyl diphosphate as an allylic substrate.
