trans,octacis-decaprenylphospho-beta-D-arabinofuranose + NAD+ ⇌ trans,octacis-decaprenylphospho-beta-D-erythro-pentofuranosid-2-ulose + NADH + H+

The reaction is catalysed in the reverse direction.
