- dTDP-3-amino-3,6-dideoxy-alpha-D-glucopyranose + 2-oxoglutarate dTDP-3-dehydro-6-deoxy-alpha-D-glucopyranose + L-glutamate
This enzyme is a pyridoxal-phosphate protein.
