alpha-Kdo-(2->6)-lipid IVA + ATP ⇌ 4-O-phospho-alpha-Kdo-(2->6)-lipid IVA + ADP

The enzyme phosphorylates the 4-OH position of KDO in (KDO)-lipid IVA.
