I know,it just a humorous montage,please don't get it so serious.Mainly in political view. And I don't know that You will be put it on the Wikipe-tan's page(Wikipedia:Wikipe-tan)

as a fan-art,but levelly edit into it to the better view,or just separate the picture for two.
