The numerical simulation was performed with the CFD software Flotherm. Heat sink dimensions 25 x 55 mm, fin height 35 mm, fin thickness 0.2 mm, air temperature 20°C, air velocity 3 m/s, heat dissipation 12 W.
Deutsch: Temperaturverteilung an einem Aluminium-Kühlkörper mit Kührippen mit einem kleinem Wirkungsgrad. Die Temperatur nimmt von der Basis zu Rippenspitze stark ab. Die numerische Simulation wurde mit der CFD Software Flotherm durchgeführt. Kühlkörpergröße 25 x 55 mm, Rippenhöhe 35 mm, Rippendicke 0,2 mm, Lufttemperatur 20°C, Luftgeschwindigkeit 3m/s, Verlustleistung 12 W. |
