    Summary

    Description
English: A Liver Fibroscan (Transient Elastography) report interface on an Echosens FibroScan 502 Touch device. This non-invasive diagnostic medical tool measures Liver Stiffness Measurement (LSM) in kilopascals (kPa) to stage liver fibrosis and the Controlled Attenuation Parameter (CAP) in decibels per meter (dB/m) to quantify hepatic steatosis (fatty liver). The screen displays a CAP score of 185 dB/m and an LSM of 3.3 kPa.

    Clinical Utility & Technical Data

    • Liver Stiffness Measurement (LSM): Measured in kilopascals (kPa). Used clinically to differentiate between liver fibrosis stages (F0 to F4).
