Emphasis mine. I believe that there should be a comma before the emphasized passage and I believe that this use qualifies. The same image is found at http://kamland.lbl.gov/FiguresPlots/kamlandfigs_paper2002/xdetector5.png Since the United States is a KamLAND collaborator, this should count as a work of the US government. |
