English: Photo of the Hindenburg over New York City on May 6, 1937. A few hours after this photo was taken, the airship crashed and burned at Lakehurst, NJ while trying to land.
  • A search for original registrations was done in artwork for the year 1937. There were no Associated Press registrations for this year; there's no evidence that copyright was ever filed for this photo.
