Description
Deutsch: Feuerverzinkte Oberfläche eines Nagelbinder mit dem charakteristischen Eisblumenmuster
English: A hot-dipped galvanized| steel tie plate for connecting wooden construction members. The steel is protected from corrosion by giving it a coating of zinc. The zinc is visible because the coating crystallizes into flat sheets called "spangle".
