Description
English: Data of the table established by Fresnel (https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/bpt6k1512245j/f496.item.zoom) from the values of normalized integrals given in his Mémoire p.319 were fed in an Excel table. The resulting curve was imported in InksKape. Source : H. de Senarmont, E.Verdet, and L.Fresnel, Oeuvres complètes d'Augustin Fresnel Vol.1, Paris, Imprimerie Impériale, 1866, pp.171-181 et 247-382.

Diffraction fringes near the limit of the geometrical shadow of a straight edge. Light intensities were calculated from the values of the normalized integrals.
