English: This is a free-body diagram illustrating the equilibrium of forces of a control volume for uniform flow in an open channel. This is my own drawing to help illustrate this concept, and is based on similar drawings from my civil engineering class notes. There are likely hundreds of similar drawings depicting this relationship in published resources, as this is a fundamental concept, but this is my own work and drawing. |
