(−)-alpha-cuprenene synthase

(2E,6E)-farnesyl diphosphate $\rightleftharpoons$ (−)-α-cuprenene + diphosphate

The enzyme from the fungus Coprinopsis cinerea produces (−)-α-cuprenene with high selectivity.
