7-epi-alpha-selinene synthase

(2E,6E)-farnesyl diphosphate $\rightleftharpoons$ 7-epi-α-selinene + diphosphate

The recombinant enzyme from Vitis vinifera forms (+)-valencene and (−)-7-epi-α-selinene.
