Diacylglycerol diphosphate phosphatase

- 1,2-diacyl-sn-glycerol 3-diphosphate + H2O 1,2-diacyl-sn-glycerol 3-phosphate + phosphate
The phosphatase activity of this enzyme is Mg2+-independent.
