CDP-1L-myo-inositol + 1L-myo-inositol 1-phosphate ⇌ CMP + bis(1L-myo-inositol) 3,1'-phosphate 1-phosphate

The enzyme is involved in biosynthesis of bis(1L-myo-inositol) 1,3-phosphate.
