Usage here more than adequately fulfills WP policy, which reads, "Cover art from various items, for identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item (not for identification without critical commentary)"; indeed, should Wikipedians start deleting instances of cover art where the referenced critical commentary has not been about the cover but about the work itself, the end result of such a regime will be that there will come to be almost no cover art on Wikipedia! - Moot (so keep) - I just created an article about the book ([| here]) and included the image in the infobox about the book (copied from the "image of..." article), per convention. I agree that the use in that other article is probably unwarranted per NFCC #1 and 8, but the problem was that the book, which is notable, should have its own article. This picture has no place within the confines of this encyclopedia. Unless the uploader's friend "froggy" has a noteworthy cause to be included in this encyclopedia, the storing of personal photos on the Wikipedia servers is unacceptable. - It is used in a userbox that appears to be present on 43 different userpages. Image:Erastes_eromenos_Staatliche_Antikensammlungen_1468.jpg is also a userbox image, however, it is noteworthy of Wikipedia, and appears in article Pederasty in ancient Greece. - I'm torn, since this isn't a picture of Nard himself for use on his userpage, which is generally allowed, but rather of someone else, which, as Somna says, has no encyclopedic use. That said, I don't think it's so pressing to delete it (and we can't – it's on commons).
