Template:Short description Template:Infobox enzyme

In enzymology, a (+)-sabinol dehydrogenase (Template:EC number) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction

(+)-cis-sabinol + NADTemplate:Sup (+)-sabinone + NADH + HTemplate:Sup

Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are (+)-cis-sabinol and [[nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide|NADTemplate:Sup]], whereas its 3 products are (+)-sabinone, NADH, and [[hydrogen ion|HTemplate:Sup]].

This enzyme belongs to the family of oxidoreductases, specifically those acting on the CH-OH group of donor with NADTemplate:Sup or NADPTemplate:Sup as acceptor. The systematic name of this enzyme class is (+)-cis-sabinol:NADTemplate:Sup oxidoreductase. This enzyme is also called (+)-cis-sabinol dehydrogenase.
