(+)-Caryolan-1-ol synthase

(+)-β-caryophyllene + H₂O $\rightleftharpoons$ (+)-caryolan-1-ol

This enzyme also forms (+)-β-caryophyllene from farnesyl diphosphate (Template:EnzExplorer).
