- 2-O-(α-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-phospho-D-glycerate + H2O
2-O-(α-D-glucopyranosyl)-D-glycerate + phosphate
The enzyme is involved in biosynthesis of 2-O-(α-D-glucopyranosyl)-D-glycerate.
