(+)-Menthofuran synthase

This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction

(+)-pulegone + NADPH + H⁺ + O₂ $\rightleftharpoons$ (+)-menthofuran + NADP+ + H₂O

Menthofuran synthase is a heme-thiolate protein (P-450).
